Lijo Isac brings together a love for travel with years of experience in technology, customer experience and building products around what people genuinely need.At CocoRoutes, he especially enjoys creating thoughtfully planned trips that feel personal rather than packaged, with the right balance of experiences, comfort and time to simply enjoy the destination.

Before focusing on travel, Lijo held Vice President roles at Paytm, Practo and BYJU’S, and earlier led product at the first startup to be acquired by Flipkart. That background shapes the way he looks at holidays today - with a strong focus on making every journey simpler, smoother and more enjoyable for the traveller.

Special interests: Japan, Vietnam, Maldives, travel technology, customer experience and designing journeys that travellers genuinely look forward to.

Arun Dev enjoys turning travel ideas into journeys that feel exciting, easy and well planned. He works closely with families, couples and international travellers, helping them discover destinations in a way that feels personal rather than rushed.

At CocoRoutes, Arun brings a practical understanding of what makes a holiday enjoyable - the right hotel, sensible travel times, interesting experiences and enough flexibility to actually enjoy the destination. He especially likes helping travellers compare options, shape itineraries around their interests and find the right balance between sightseeing, relaxation and memorable local experiences.

For Arun, the best trips are the ones where travellers return with great stories, not just a long list of places they visited.

Lorentine V V brings a fresh, curious energy to the CocoRoutes team and enjoys helping travellers turn early holiday ideas into well-planned journeys.

As a Junior Trip Designer, she works closely with the team on researching destinations, comparing hotels and experiences, and shaping itineraries that are practical, comfortable and enjoyable. She especially enjoys discovering the small details that can make a trip feel more personal - from choosing the right area to stay in to finding experiences that suit the traveller rather than simply filling the day.

Lorentine believes that good travel planning should feel easy for the customer, even when a lot of thought has gone into it behind the scenes.

George Joseph

Trip Curator

George Joseph brings years of travel experience, calm judgement and a practical understanding of what makes a holiday work smoothly from start to finish.

As one of the senior members of the CocoRoutes team, George is especially good at helping travellers make confident choices — whether it is selecting the right hotel, planning comfortable transfers or finding the right balance between sightseeing and free time. He focuses on keeping journeys well organised without making them feel over-planned.

George has a particular interest in Hong Kong and Singapore, and enjoys designing trips that combine iconic sights with good food, easy transportation, shopping and time to experience the city at a comfortable pace.

Kannan P S

Kannan P Sivan enjoys helping travellers discover destinations that feel a little different from the usual holiday choices.

At CocoRoutes, he focuses on creating well-planned journeys to destinations such as Azerbaijan and Georgia, combining scenic landscapes, city experiences, local culture and comfortable travel at an easy pace. He pays particular attention to route planning, hotel locations and practical day-to-day details so that the trip feels smooth rather than rushed.

Kannan especially enjoys helping travellers who want to explore emerging destinations and experience something fresh, while still having the reassurance of a carefully organised itinerary.

Vijeesh is one of the people who helps make sure a CocoRoutes holiday works just as smoothly on the ground as it looks on the itinerary.

With a strong focus on operations and coordination, he works behind the scenes on transport, timing, supplier follow-ups and the many small details that keep a journey running smoothly. His role becomes especially important on group departures, where multiple bookings, transfers and schedules need to come together without creating stress for the traveller.

Vijeesh brings a calm, practical approach to travel operations and believes that the best service is often the kind customers barely notice- because everything simply works the way it should..
