In case of any emergencies , guests have the liberty to cancel their packages booked with Cocoroutes Hospitality Private Limited and request a refund from us.
We genreally follow the below policy for the cancellation and refund requests . Booking Date is the Date in which your payment has been credited to Cocoroutes Hospitality Private Limited Bank Account.
From booking date till 60 days prior to start date - 90 % of the booking cost will be refunded
From booking date till 30 days prior to start date - 80 % of the booking cost will be refunded
From booking date till 15 days prior to start date - Amount Refunded from the hotels will be refunded
No refund applicable on bookings in peak season (December 1 to January 15)
No refund applicable on extended holiday ( 3 day) weekends in India and Deepavali holidays every year.
Please note that there may be some variations in the percentage depending on your travel dates and the hotels where you have been booked. However we will try to refund you as much package cost as possible.
